Scheduling during COVID: As of August 18th, 2020, clients are required to wear face coverings at all times, including during treatments. We have face coverings available as needed. In addition, our cancellation policy is currently waived until further notice. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding, stay safe!

HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Note that we can respond to email more quickly than phone messages. Though we strive to return your message within 24 hours, due to the dedicated time we spend with clients it may take up to 48 hours to get back to you.

If you'd like to schedule an LED Light Therapy session, you can follow this link to book online.

Most appointments book 6-8 weeks out, and end of day and Saturday appointments typically book out further. It is best to re-book upon leaving your treatment to avoid longer waiting times and to maintain your treatment schedule.

We are located in a glass front space on the street in Madrona next to Bottlehouse. There is 2 hour free street parking, and unlimited free street parking in the neighborhood surrounding us.

WHAT TO BRING

If you are a first time client please bring any facial products as well as topical medications you are currently using. If bringing the products is too cumbersome, please prepare a list of the products and medications. This assists me in understanding your skin condition and needs so I may provide a more comprehensive skin analysis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens to all of us and I try to be as accommodating as possible. Light+Space is a small business, and scrambling to fill appointments after late cancellations requires time we don’t have, and interferes with my ability to provide service to other clients. I ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice if you will not be able to make it to your session. My cancellation policy is as follows:

72 hour notice is greatly appreciated.

You will be charged 50% of the cost of service for cancellations in less than 48 hours.

The full cost of the service will be charged for same day cancellations.
